Yes. We provide personalised services for clients looking to buy a home as well as for those seeking to rent—whether it is a primary residence, an investment property, or a second home.

04. How does the search process work?
Our process begins with an initial meeting or briefing session, where we analyse your needs, priorities, budget, and lifestyle to define a fully personalised search profile.
From there, we design a tailored search plan that may include —depending on the scope you prefer— the following phases:
Market and area analysis, with objective information on prices, quality, services, and outlook.
Pre-selection of properties that meet your criteria, after personally visiting and filtering the available options.
Presentation of a comparative report with the most suitable alternatives, including strengths and weaknesses.
Coordination and support during viewings, whether in person or virtually if you are not in the area.
Negotiation and decision-making support, should you wish us to act on your behalf with agencies or property owners.
Assistance up to the signing process, in collaboration with lawyers, notaries, or financial institutions, if required by the client.

05. How long does the process usually take?
The duration of the process depends on whether it is a rental or purchase search, as well as on the client’s requirements and market conditions at that time.
As a general guideline, the phase managed directly by Headhousing Solutions typically lasts between 4 and 6 weeks for rentals, and between 6 and 10 weeks for purchases. These time frames correspond to the search, analysis, selection, and negotiation stages.
In the case of a purchase, the total time until the final signing may vary depending on external factors such as banking procedures, financing approval, legal review, or coordination with the notary.

06. Can I hire you if I don’t yet live in the city or country where I want to find a home?
Absolutely. We frequently work with international clients and can manage the entire process remotely, providing reports, photos, videos, and virtual viewings.
07. What happens if we don’t find a suitable property?
Our goal is for you to make the best decision—not a rushed one. If at the end of the initial search no property fully matches your criteria, we review the objectives together and adjust the strategy (area, budget, property type, etc.) to broaden the possibilities.
In many cases, we extend the search for an additional agreed period, maintaining the same methodology and without any immediate extra cost, as long as the project scope remains within the initial parameters.
If after that review the client wishes to significantly expand the search scope or the type of service, we prepare a tailored proposal to continue providing personalised support.

Our fees are structured in phases and tailored to each client, depending on the type of service (purchase or rental), the scope of the project, and the client’s needs.
They are usually divided into several payments linked to specific milestones in the process, such as signing the service agreement, presenting the pre-selected properties, conducting negotiations, or completing the final closing. This structure allows the payment schedule to adapt to the real progress of the project and ensures a mutual commitment throughout the entire process.
We always work with fixed, transparent amounts—no third-party commissions or hidden costs. Before starting, we provide a detailed and personalised proposal outlining the phases and milestones, so the client knows from the beginning how the payments will be distributed.
09. Do your fees depend on the property price?
Not necessarily. We offer a fixed price per service, so the client knows the total cost from the outset, with no hidden commissions.
10. Do you have agreements with agencies or property owners?
We collaborate with agencies when needed to access more properties, but we never accept sales commissions. Our loyalty and compensation come exclusively from the buyer or tenant.

11. Do you also provide legal or financial guidance?
Yes. We coordinate with trusted lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, and financial institutions to ensure a secure and seamless process with no unexpected issues.
12. Can you help with renovations or interior design after the purchase?
Yes. We work with a network of trusted architects, interior designers, and qualified professionals who can support you in any renovation, remodelling, or decoration project—either after the purchase or during the search process if you need to estimate costs or assess the feasibility of a refurbishment before choosing a property.

After the purchase, we also offer support with full project management or property preparation, depending on the level of assistance you prefer.
