About Us

How Headhousing Was Born

Headhousing Solutions was born from the crossroads between a long professional career and a deeply personal experience. After more than 25 years working as a Purchasing Director in companies from various sectors — some of them listed on the Ibex 35 — managing complex operations and substantial budgets, I learned to identify key needs, optimise processes and build tailor-made solutions.

But it was my personal experience that sparked this project. Over the years, I have found myself in many different situations as a user of the property market: I have rented homes, bought my own, invested in properties and lived abroad — specifically in London. In all those moments, I worked with excellent professionals from the sector, yet I missed a more personal kind of guidance: someone who could help me read between the lines of listings, understand my real priorities, my lifestyle, and what truly made a place feel right for me or my family.

In short, someone who could guide me with knowledge, empathy and honesty, anticipating my real needs and helping me make confident decisions.

That personal experience became a vocation. I started by helping friends — and friends of friends — to find their ideal home or make better investment choices. Over time, that spontaneous help evolved into Headhousing Solutions: a bespoke service for those who value a personal, strategic home search rooted in real local insight.

I only work in areas I truly know and where I can add value through experience: Southwest London, where I currently live and know the local environment, market and pace of life. Northwest Madrid, where I lived for over 20 years and understand every corner from a local perspective. Gran Canaria, especially Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Maspalomas and Meloneras, my place of origin.

Headhousing Solutions is born with the aim of offering an independent real estate personal shopper service, focused 100% on the client.

    First Project with Full Renovation

    Purchase + renovation in Northwest Madrid.
We supported a client throughout the entire process — from the property search to the complete refurbishment of their home in Boadilla.

    First Project in Maspalomas

    Launch of our service in Las Palmas and Maspalomas.
We expanded our coverage to the Canary Islands, with a special focus on second homes and investment properties.
